By using Answer.sh, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If signing up on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to bind that entity.
Answer.sh is a SaaS platform that analyzes and optimizes brand visibility across AI search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, etc.). It sends queries to AI engines to track brand citations and generates optimized content.
- Maintain accurate account information - Keep passwords confidential; report compromises immediately - Only publish to domains you own or are authorized to use - Comply with each LLM provider's terms of service - Spam, misinformation, and illegal content are prohibited
Billing is processed monthly through AWS Marketplace. Usage limits are calculated on a rolling 30-day basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. No partial-month refunds unless legally required.
- No reverse engineering or infrastructure probing - No scraping beyond rate limits - No unauthorized resale
You retain ownership of your data (brands, queries, domains). You grant Answer.sh a limited license to process it for service delivery. AI-generated content is subject to the underlying LLM provider's terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. No guarantees on citation rates or accuracy.
Liability is capped at amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
Answer.sh may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance via email or in-product notice.
