Answer.sh collects the following information to provide the service: - Account data: email, password hash, name - Organization data: organization name, brands, domains, competitor info - Usage data: simulation queries, API call counts, content generation history - Payment data: AWS Marketplace subscription ID, plan info (payments handled by AWS)
Collected information is used for service delivery, billing, customer support, and service improvement. We do not sell your data. We do not use your workspace data to train our own models.
Data may be shared with the following third parties for service operation: - AWS (hosting, billing) - LLM providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity): for simulation query processing - Infisical (secret management)
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
We use only minimal cookies for authentication and UI preferences.
